全球贸易前景恶化世贸组织下调2025年贸易增长预测

世界贸易组织大幅下调了全球商品贸易预测，从“稳健增长”转至“下降”，称美国加征关税和溢出效应可能导致自冠病疫情高峰以来最严重的贸易下滑。世界贸易组织星期三（4月16日）发布的最新报告预计，今年全球商品贸易将下降0.2％，低于10月份预测的3.0％的增长。路透社引述报告说，新的预测是基于这个星期初实施的贸易措施得出的。美国总统特朗普对钢铁和汽车进口征收额外关税，并在全球范围内实施了更广泛的关税，随后又意外暂停对十几个经济体加征关税。他与中国的贸易战也愈演愈烈，两国针锋相对，甚至将彼此进口商品的关税提高到100%以上。…

Mr. Durov launched Telegram in late 2013 with his brother, Nikolai, just months before he was pushed out of VK, the Russian social-media platform he founded. Mr. Durov pitched his new app—funded with the proceeds from the VK sale—less as a business than as a way for people to send messages while avoiding government surveillance and censorship.

A Telegram spokesman declined to comment on the bond issue or the amount of the debt the company has due. The spokesman said Telegram’s equipment and bandwidth costs are growing because it has consistently posted more than 40% year-to-year growth in users.
